Gerade ausgelesen habe ich “Drunk, Divorced & Covered in Cat Hair” von Laurie Perry aka Crazy Aunt Purl, die hier bloggt. Mir hat das Buch recht gut gefallen. Im Prinzip ist es die Aufarbeitung ihrer Trennung/Scheidung von ihrem Ehemann. Dabei hat ihr das neugefundene Hobby Stricken geholfen. Jeder, der schon mal in ein Glas zuviel Rotwein aus lauter Einsamkeit reingeheult hat, kann wohl Teile des Buchs nachempfinden.
I just read “Drunk, Divorced & Covered in Cat Hair” by Laurie Perry aka Crazy Aunt Purl, who is blogging here . I really liked the book. It’s basically the stroy of her split and divorce. Her newfound hobby knitting helped her through the process. Everyone who cried even once into the one glas too much wine because of loneliness can sympathize with parts of that book.
